                          4) Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

                          Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods available in the cashier for your country and account. Deposits must be made from a payment source where you are the named holder. All transactions may appear on your payment method statement, and you may receive confirmations by email.

                          Withdrawals are generally processed only after:

                          6) Fair Play, Game Rules, and Errors

                          Games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure random outcomes. If there is a discrepancy between the result shown on your device and the platform or partner server record, the server record will prevail.

                          If a technical issue incorrectly credits winnings or bonus value, we may correct the balance and remove funds that were credited in error, including winnings generated from those funds. If a game cannot be completed due to a system fault, we may terminate the session and refund the wager according to the applicable rules.

                          7) Prohibited Behaviour

                          You must not attempt to cheat, collude, manipulate outcomes, abuse promotions, or engage in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity. Abusive or offensive behaviour (including inappropriate usernames) may lead to restrictions or account closure.

                          The use of Artificial Intelligence software or any tool designed to create an unfair advantage is not allowed. If detected, your account may be terminated and winnings cancelled.

                          8) Inactive Accounts

                          An account may be treated as inactive if it has not been accessed for six consecutive months. Inactivity fees may apply depending on account currency and may be deducted from your remaining balance until the account becomes active again. We may attempt to notify you before an inactivity fee is charged.

                          9) Responsible Gaming

                          We provide tools that support controlled play, such as deposit limits, session reminders, and player limitation options (cooling-off, temporary suspension, and self-exclusion).                           10) Complaints and Dispute Resolution

                          12) Governing Law

                          These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
